What is meant when it shows "lube belt"?

You need to apply lube between the walking belt and the black deck surface. Most manufacturers use silicone lube. We sell a lube kit for our treadmills that includes an applicator and a bottle of liquid silicone.for around $20.

Need to oil

No, you don't need to oil or lube this treadmill. If the belt is squeaking get a bottle of treadmill lubricant and apply a small amount.
If the arms are squeaking a small shot of silicone spray will quiet them down.

Appeared on the screen of the device that need oil, but does not have a place to fill the place of oil????

Hello,

The only place to oil is under the walk belt. You dont need to worry about it. If you want to, you can order a kit from iconservice.com.

Hope this helps, Matt

The treadmill keeps cutting out and slowing down during use.

SOUND LIKE A LUBRICATION ISSUE DEPENDING ON THE MANUFACTURER NOW A DAYS SYN SILICON IS USED ON MOST PHENOLIC DECKS IF NO MAINTENANCE HAS BEEN DONE I WOULD ALSO CHECK THE FOR UNEVEN SURFACE AND THE BELT MAYBE TO WORN AND THE LUBRICATE WILL NOT BE EFFECTIVE , BUT ITS CHEAPER TO TRY LUBE THAN NEW BELT AND DECK.
