Microphone problem the microphone is not working on my mobile phone Motorola RAZR v3i. When i perform a 'master reset' it works again.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
type *#06# on your phone to get it.

You can reset your phone, erase all data and content, by performing a master reset. Here's a link to the instructions:-
1.Go to the "settings" option from your Mobile menu.
2.From there select "Initial Setup"
3.And extreme below you will find out Master Reset and Master Clear.
4.Click on what's appropriate.
5.DONE!

just go to the master reset section and use the code 123456

Before you do this make sure you transfer all the info on your phone to a backup disc. Do a MASTER RESET. If that doesn't work the only other thing that I can tell you is to do a MASTER CLEAR. Doing a MASTER CLEAR will restore phone to when you bought it.

Settings---Initial Setup---Master Clear---enter securily code which is normall "000000"---then press select or ok and the phone will reset itself to the factory settings.
