Dymo PC 10 electric label maker. Looking for cables?

Are you sure is is a 'PC 10'? I can't find that model. All the ones I have used were battery operated desktop use or hand held. Is this a cable that connect the label maker to a PC, so you design on the computer and print to the Dymo? If that is the case, It _should_ be a standard printer lead.

How do you change the font and size on a dymo letratag?

Aside from changing the size, printing as big or small and using symbols, the LetraTAG does not offer various fonts. This model is pretty basic and has the one font and that is all.

The manual can be found at this location:

How do I change the size of the print on the label

Using the software that came with it modify the font settings.
Changing the Default Font Settings in DYMO Label Software Answer 299 ' Applies To DYMO ' Published 07/20/2005 10:16 AM EDT ' Updated 08/31/2010 05:05 PM EDTHow do I change the default font settings in the DYMO Label Software (DLS)?

Font settings can be adjusted for individual label templates and for the DLS application. Please note, changing the font settings for the DLS application will only affect the creation of new label templates. It does not change the font settings of any previously created and saved label templates.

Changing the Default Font Settings for Individual Label Templates in DLS

  1. Open DLS.
  2. In DLS, click and highlight the text on the label template.
  3. The tool bar above the label template allows you to change various font and justification settings. To change font type and font size you must click on the Font Settings icon: f_f.jpg
  4. Make the necessary changes to the font settings. The Sample field indicates how the text will appear on the label. Please note, the text will automatically shrink to fit if you select a font size that is too large for the address or text object on the label to accommodate.
  5. Click OK after making the necessary changes.
  6. Save the label template. Click on the File menu in DLS and select either Save or Save As. Selecting Save will save the label template with its existing name. Selecting Save As will allow you to enter a new name and create a new label template.

How do I change the font size on a Dymo Letra Tag?

For the Dymo LetraTag Plus LT-100T, Personal Label Maker (SKU: 1733013)

Before trying to change the FONT you must make sure that the labelmaker is configured to print only 1 line of text. You cannot sellect to print larger fonts when label maker is configured for multi-lines. In order to make sure you are printing only 1 line do the following
1)While pressing down on the Shift key (may be show by an up arrow on some machines), press the Del/Clear key. This will clear all text and reset the label maker to print on 1 line.
You must also make sure that there are no other print options enabled, such as: italic, bold, vertical, underline, mirrored-print, outline, etc; these will all prevent you from changing the font. Also ensure that the take will accomodate the font.

My response will depond on the exact model you have...
To set the font size
1) Press the FORMAT key.
2) Use the up or down arrows keys to select the Size and press OK
3) Use the up or down arrow keys to selected the desired font size then press OK

To set the font
1)Press FORMAT
2)Use the up or down arrow key to select the font style and press OK.
If this does not work, please include the exact model/name.

I have a LabelMaker 450D and I do not know how to make the font a smaller size. I want to print a label that has a name in a larger size and a line underneath with the job title that is in a smaller size...

Hello. Here is a free downloadable manual for your labelmaker. http://www.dymo.com/media/UserGuides/LM450D_US_931764.pdf

Turn to pages 9-12 to learn how to change fonts and how to do multiple fonts and underlining all at once.

The label maker remembers the last feature
selection made so that each time you enter one of the
feature menus described in this section, you are
positioned at the last item selected from that menu. J.

Hello,

For the LetraTAG see next page, pdf file (readable with Adobe Reader):
http://global.dymo.com/img/compel/jtnGWWsxLca9XoVQSkDLTDqfwWeAPBw9.pdf

Look in the second column. Under "SIZE" see how to setup your font size: condensed | normal | extended | big caps.

Fonts too small

Your instruction manual will tell you. However, there's a "Code" button that has to be pressed at the same time as the "Font" button. (Code button color should match the color of the Font button.) Keep pressing as it cycles through the font sizes (you'll see the arrow move on the screen). When you get to the font size you want, release the buttons and you're good to go!
