Try this:

This printer has a straight flow through path.

* Situate the printer so that you may clearly get to the back of the device.
* Open the rear door path and check for the presence of any paper in the path there.
* If none. Then you need to check the area around the fuser.
* Permit the printer to cool for several minutes.
* Release the side catches and open the top of the printer.
* pull out the cartridge.
* inspect the area around the fuser. You might see a paper jam there. Clear and reassemble.

pleas try to use a plower to clean the paper way from paper tray to toner .

Check to see that there is no object in the on the sensor, or paper feed path

please check the pick up roller on the unit. maybe it is worn out. if so, please replace it.

This printer have a sensor to remind the user when using a wrong paper size.

If you still using a paper that not the same with your software settings, it's still reminds you.

I solve this promblem by after print my works I just press "Cancel Jobs" button to clear a data.

troubleshoot with the printer troubleshoot utility in your OS. it should restore connectivity.
try resetting the connection and settings for the printer using manual.
otherwise, use the manual to re-install the device as this will also reset the connection.

Look into the configuration settings of the printer.. there should be something like disable message on something...

if you can't find it.. try to rest your printer.
Turnit off -- then press Go (or something similar) button while turning it back on.

Maybe a bad fuser . That would cause ghosting and reprint on the page
