Then you need to check the area around the fuser. * Permit the printer to cool for several minutes. * Release the side catches and open the top of the printer. * pull out the cartridge. * inspect the area around the fuser. You might see a paper jam there. Clear and reassemble.

hi, troubleshoot with the printer troubleshoot utility in your OS. it should restore connectivity. try resetting the connection and settings for the printer using manual. otherwise, use the manual to re-install the device as this will also reset the connection. here's link to manual.(select the operating system and download the installation software)
