I am not able to listen to the callers voice until I activate loudspeaker

Tray to open up your phone also open all screws on it,than check the earpiece that places middle up the phone screen.Usually the problem come from an earpiece connector are not connecting well to VCB.I hope it will solve your probem but if not,it mean the earpice was broken and need to change.Good luck..

mean that earpieces of your problem set, dismantle your set and try to correct the foot of earpieces, clean the gold pad on the PCB as opposed to the foot of the earpieces. If the problem remains the same means you need to change the new earpieces.

Turn speaker ON. If you can hear the voice of other caller then your earpiece is not working.
