Hi,
To actually answer a call using loudspeaker, press the top-left button
(options) and then the middle select button (with the option
"Loudspeaker" highlighted). You can do this even when Keyguard is
activated. (I just checked.) It means pressing two keys but at least it
actually answers using the loudspeaker.
To make a call, the only
way I can see is to dial first and then press the Loudspeaker button
while the phone at the other end is ringing.

Hello,
I have a link to the V170 manual in PDF format, and on the left hand side of the manual there is a section for ADJUSTING THE VOLUME.
It seems to be done by using the UP,DOWN,LEFT,RIGHT circular key, and you decrease and increase by pushing LEFT AND RIGHT.

Answer the call then scroll to the right to increase the volume of the earpiece. Scroll to the left to decrease the volume. You will see the volume bar increases or decreases as you adjust it. The scroll keys are also called the navigation keys. They are the ones used when you navigate the menu up, down, left, or right.

oh! your problem is voice of volume. my dear user make sure your volume button and increase your volume voice.this type problem is creates when we are listen a song at low volume voice and forget to increase volume.
