Since it is Bluetooth, you have to pair the Bluetooth to your host computer or device. Find the correct window or screen and put it into discover mode, do the same with the headset. RTFM
Your code (PL code, interference eliminator, quiet call) is not programmed the same on both radios. The Cobra appears to be set to open squelch (no code). Set your Motorola code setting to zero (off). This should solve the problem.
problem can be solved. When some body calls and you hear them and when you talk they do not hear you, that means the mouthpiece of the phone is faulty and it needs a replacement.
The mouthpiece is a small mic in which people you call can hear you when you talk to them and it is at the down part of the phone.
When you replace the mouthpiece people will start hearing you when you talk.
u do not need any software to run it sounds like you was duped, crooked, fooled into buying some not quite right somewhere in the system a wire is broke........go to the shop and buy a genuine one and never again buy off some crooking basdard cause the basdards are false......
