Probaly your memory is full

May be virus has come through website.

First remove your memory card,insert in card reader & try to clean it with good antivirus software.Then try again in your mobile.

turn off the phone press *,3,green key(dial) together and switch on the phone dont release the keys for 1 minute the phone memory is got formatted


remove memory card first . this may be a result of virus infection in mmc
