I need a bios password and a one time password so Ican get into the bios

1) Open up case of desktop
2) Locate BIOS Battery
3) Locate Jumper Switch near BIOS Battery
4) Reposition Switch setting from 011 to 110
5)Reset Computer
6)Reposition Switch from 110 to 011

This procedure resets the Basic Input Output System without having to remove the BIOS Battery. It should solve your problem.

You need to prepare:
1:A blank CD/DVD or USB flash drive
2.A computer which can link to internet
3.A program called Windows Password Recovery 6.0

Get started with this 3 simple steps:

you will have to burn it to a disk as an ISO then you will have to boot from the disc During the boot process you will see on the screen to press a certain key to enter setup Press and hold that key during the boot up process to enter BIOS the scroll down to advanced bios features press enter change your first boot device to cd press escape then press f10 to save to cmos to restart (note after you have removed your password you will have change first boot back to your hard drive) Hope this helps

If you know how to open the bottom panel of the laptop, there is a small battery that holds the bios memory, you need to unplug the laptop, remove the battery, and try to remove the backup battery on the motherboard of the laptop. I have done this several times, if your not comfortable opening up the laptop, you will need to check with HP on any other way they reccomend to reset the Bios Password.

Hi if you want reset bios password ( asume you forget it) You need reset bios find reset CMOS jumper or take out battery for few sec. All settings in BIOS will be reset. Let me know if you need more help

Hate to say this .. if the BIOS is locked , there is nothing much, that can be done.
You need to call Dell Tech support , verify the account information and they would give you an unlock code for the BIOS . Once thats is done opening windows is easy .

Clear Password
PIN Pad: Bypassing Password Check, Keep shorting G3 (2 triangle pad) as above PIN pad and
then powering on the system will force the BIOS to clear Supervisor and User passwords. That
means both the power-on and setup passwords are all cleared.
