It's better to take it to your local Miele dealer and have it serviced. Those belts aren't supposed to break so whatever caused it to malfunction needs to be fixed.
Hello Miller_04, Regardless of how the filter is put in the vacuum cleaner should turn on. Really is no way to put the filter wrong in these. I have a white star myself.
You can contact Miele Vacuum support and they can further troubleshoot or recommend a vacuum shop in your area to send it to for repairs
there is no reset on this model. look @ your miele info & it shows you where it would be. I just had to look for mine when it would'nt start. mine ended up being cord winder kink affecting motor.
I was using my Miele Solaris Turbo plus to **** the air off the Space Bag. Now I have the red indicator on and the vacuum cleaner won't turn on. Please help. This is my favorite vacuum cleaner!
