I'll take a shot since you didn't give the particular model ... here goes. Check the batteries, keyboard and mouse. It did come with software did it not? Run the software drivers. And if it did not come with a CD with drivers on it look here:
http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/support_downloads/&cl=us,en
locate your model number and you'll find manuals, drivers, instructions all that info: and continue on, as I gave you my take from memory.
On the bottom of the mouse you may find a little tiny button (I pressed with a pen) that may say connect or reconnect. and too on the bottom of your keyboard look for a similar tiny button. Activate the dongle and put the mouse about six inches away, press that little button and the keyboard's little button. Once is is recognized you should be in working order.
That should do it....please leave rating, thanks

I you want to purchase the same model or newer ones that came after that go to www.logitech.com and buy it direct for around $40.00. Otherwise Wal-Mart, Kmart, Best Buy, Target sells wireless Logitech keyboards. Just google wireless logitech wireless keyboard and you will see a listing.

I bought second hand wireless keyboard and mouse combo :Y-RAJ56A from my friend. There were in working condition at his residence but I am not able to install them at my residence. Please help. Kindly send...

1. Check the user manual and verify the supported Operating System (OS) of the wireless keyboard and mouse. The OS of your computer might not be supported.

2. Try connecting the USB donggle in to a known working USB port on your computer. Reboot the computer if the USB donggle is not recognized. It should be detected and the computer should install the necessary USB driver for the donggle.

3. Try to connect the USB donggle in a different computer to make sure that the Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse is working correctly. If the problem is isolated in your computer only, you may need to contact the reseller of your computer and ask them to check if the USB Legacy Support on your computer is enabled. USB Legacy Support should be enabled in your computer so that it could recognize most USB devices.

Thank you and good luck!

Need assistance connecting logitech wireless mouse and keyboard.

Do you have another keyboard that connects directly to the computer that you can use? Can you borrow one from a friend? Did one come with the computer in the box (they often do, when new)?

I bought a logitech keyboard and mouse how do i connect to my computer and turn it on

It looks like a wireless keyboard and mouse. My Logitech keyboard and mouse have a USB 2.0 receiver, which plugs into any USB 2.0 port. Some have small USB receivers that look like memory sticks. It might be mounted on the bottom of the keyboard or the mouse. My receiver is a small box with a wire that runs to the back of the computer and plugs into the USB port. The receiver has a connect button to send a signal to the mouse and keyboard. Once they are installed you can use the button to make the mouse and keyboard recognized, by the OS.

Changed the battteries and mouse and keyboard. Now can't get keyboard to work.

There is a central antennae that hooks directly to the computer via USB plug...on that central hub is a button, this is a component connect button, push the button on the antennae first and as it is blinking, push the connect button on the keyboard, it may be green in color and you may need an ink pen to depress it....just make sure that you depress it while the other unit is still blinking. This will connect the component to the hub. If you follow the procedure and it does not immediately connect, reboot and perform the procedure again.....try to move the hub to another usb port before you power back up.

Logitech MX3200 Wireless keyboard connects but prints garbage

Yes, I have a solution. Throw the bugger away! This has been the biggest piece of garbage I have ever bought. It has loads of unecessary features like using the buttons for other things. I am sick of it asking me if I want to assign an action to a key. I want a bog standard wireless keyboard. Yes, I'll assign an action alright. I'll throw it through the bloody window!!!!!!
