Not running red light on Control board is flashing.Nothing running ,Just light flashing.

The red lights should flash very quickly upon vacuum start-up (normal). If the motor is not turning on there is likely a problem with the motor or power supply board. The lights flashing does indicate that you are getting power to the PC control board. If your vacuum is under warranty, this would likely be covered. the red light should only blink when it is running. does the incline work? if nothing works most likely a console issue

The 13HPX is a Heat Pump. It has a control board in the outside unit that will lock out after a few trips from one of the controls, such as a low or high pressure switch tripping. Turning the power off is making this board reset. Take the door off next time. to the outside unit and look at the lights on the control board. There should a sticker on the inside the door that you have to remove that describes why the unit is hard locking out according to the light configuration.

Probably a bad wax motor in the door switch or a bad control board.
Yeah you should call someoneif you're not a learned handyman.

However you must test the terminal motor voltage with multimeter, if there ARE THE MOTOR IS faulty. see my personal TIPS.
2) test the measure output voltage from control board for input voltage terminal motor if there ARE NOT, the board is faulty.

Seems that the main board or the processor is hanging up and does not take up the full process control. You need to remove the panel and check for moisture on the board, check for loose connectors. If this seems fine the fault seems related to the board and can be confirmed with a board swap before one can be ordered. Check the door switch and wiring to the main board.

There may not be a call for heat being registered by the control board. Take the R and W terminals on the control board and put a jumper between the two. If the heater starts, you have either a broken thermostat wire or a bad thermostat or connection.

I don't have the "one-touch", but on the "all-button" there's a hole on the left side of the unit. A paperclip inserted in this hole will reset the unit. I had a problem with the display on mine and this fixed it.
