As the previous user said it is dificult to know what happened, but if you used to have a 1000W power supply and now is not booting then that's because your pc needs at least 1000W PS!!!!!!! and if the PC needs 1kW then with 850W PS will not boot, Best regards, Luis

2. Download the user manual to your PC.
3. Usually the folder with the new PDF file opens autimatically, when the down load is colplete.
4. Double click on the new PDF file.
5. Read the "Gettrin Started" chapter.

bad voltage regulator most likely, that's a pretty small generator and a 500 watt load may cause it to work too hard, but it shouldn't vary that much in voltage
