The problem is the belt stops moving suddenly after about 15-20 minutes of use. The display on the console is still lit and the circuit breaker switch is not tripped. There are several things that could cause the treadmill to turn off after 15-20 minutes. The motor may be over heating and turning off on overload and Try lubricating the running belt.

2) Run the software calibration for diagnose and fix it.

3) Measure the input voltage motor
4) measute the output voltage from controller board for input voltage motor.

I have a Roger Black Treadmill & it came in 1 piece ready to go. There is no way to dismantle the one I have. Not sure if there are multiple models but I have only ever seen 1
