My ijoy ottoman 3.0 has stopped working. the lights are still working but nothing else. What is the problem and can i fix it? Or is there like a reset button?

Hope it is still under warranty. Need new board and possibly more. My parents bought a similar chair and it failed with many issues to fix. Tech replaced all the electronics. Good luck.
