Mine just done the same thing all you need to do is hold down the off/lock button for at least 15-20 seconds then the screen should turn black which means you can turn t back on again and It should work.

You can hold the home button and the power button simultaneously until the iPad powers off and resets itself. Once the Apple logo appears, release the buttons.

Unplug power supply and remove main battery, press and hold power for 2 minutes to remove residual voltage. Now re-install battery and plug the power supply/charger and activate your laptop.

To unfreeze your Pearl I recommend installing the latest firmware. You can download it here:

It doesn't matter if your computer cannot recognize the Pearl before you run the software, it will find it anyway. Follow all the troubleshooting steps at the bottom of the popup window.

Check battery crank power.

hi if you havent fixed it yet only hold the menu\quit button down 15 sec or some more.. it will turn off...


don´t forget to uppdate it sometimes.. it can make you get less problems but be careful
