It was working before computer had to reboot

My sandisk 1GB was working before my work computer had to reboot, because another program froze up the computer. After rebooting the cruzer locked up the computer when I pluged in and it would unfreeze the computer when I pulled it out. This is unique to only to my work computer that it got locked up on. On all other computers I can plug it in and use all my files. I took the u3 launcher off the cruzer thinking that was the conflict. On my work computer where it crashed a brand new cruzer also will not work, it just freeze everything when and unfreezes when I unplug it. Both cruzer works on any other computer. I know about the possible conflict with Nero software which is on my work computer, but I have Nero on my home computer and there is no conflict at home. I can't figure out what happen on my work computer when it crashed to make the both cruzer drives not work. I have also a pny flash drive that does work on my work computer What could be wrong?

Some CD-ROM or DVD burning softwares conflict with the U3 Launchpad, causing it not to run. In some cases these software programs continuously attempt to access the U3 drive and cause the computer to slow down or freeze.

Computer won't open program to import

#1. Reboot the computer.
#2. is the light coming on the card reader when you insert the card? If not, the computer is not recognizing the card. Make sure the card reader is plugged into a working USB port and the card is inserted in the correct orientation. If the light is coming on, simply go to "My Computer" and select the drive letter associated with the card.

Sansa e260

Try holding the power button for 20 seconds to hard reset the device. Then try turning it back on. If that doesnt solve it, youll need to do the following. Run the recovery tool from the SanDisk website. Make sure you select "format" when prompted. http://www.sandisk.com/Assets/File/Downloads/firmware/e200fw01.00.12.exe You need to put the device into "recovery mode" before you run the tool. - Turn the device off (hold power for 20 seconds) - Slide the hold switch into "hold" position. - Press and hold the "record" button while connecting it to your computer. Keep holding the "record" button until you see the "new hardware found" on your computer. Then run the recovery tool. Select format when prompted. Best of Luck.
