With circulating system, you wait for cold water to arrive instead of wait for hot to arrive
Turn pump off when you want cold water

Servis model M3905W does it matter if the hot and cold water are connected up the right way round and if so what isthe right way round?! Thanks

Makes a big difference. Cold water valve is is normally marked blue or simply cold water. connected to cold water tap. Hot water marked with red colour or simply hot and connected to hot water tap.(Red hose - Hot water. Blue hose- cold water.).

When I turn on the cold water tap in the Bathroom Sink the water comes out in a very slow drip or not at all, the CW bath tap is ok

Confirm that the shut-off valve under the sink is open all the way. If it is, then close it and remove the cold water tap. If this is a single handle tap you will of course have to turn off the hot water shut off under the sink too.
With the tap removed and a bucket and towel handy, open the cold water shutoff just a little bit. If water comes rushing out, the problem is obviously with the tap. You may be able to clean or repair it, or you may have to replace it.

No cold water from bathroom tap

Sounds like you need to replace your shower valve, especially if this is the only fixture in the house being affected. You could try to replace the cold water cartridge first. Hope this helps

HOT WATER WON'T FILL TUB

most inlet water hoses have screens in them.  You could remove the hose from the back of the washer and see if there is water flow.   If there isn't, the hot water valve assembly is defective.  These are solenoid operated valves that admit water into the tub.  They can be accessed behind the washer after you remove the back.

Cold water tap not working, house heating not as strong.

Okay let's trouble shoot this problem. The Hot water issue may just be that your Temp. control is not set as high as it was before it was replaced. Find the control on the water heater and check the setting. You can adjust it hotter from there, but it is not recomended to set it all the way to HOT. Just increase it at small adjustments and see if the water gets hotter. The Cold Water Tap issue.....Turn off the Cold and Hot water supply lines to the faucet. Remove the Cold water tap. VERY SLOWLY TURN ON THE COLD WATER SUPPLY and see if you get water coming out of the line. If you get water, then your line is okay. Inspect the valve to see if there is any debris in or on it. Clean and reinstall both taps and turn back on the water. It should work. Now if you turn the water on SLOWLY when the Cold water tap is removed, and no water comes out, Then you know you have an issue with the line going to the cold water side. (Frozen Line, Debris in supply line valve, Broken or Leaking Water Line) I hope this assists you........Joe

Maytag Front Load Intellisense 6.5kg

washer may not be detecting water temp but water flow ..if you never use hot water may try hooking cold water to a Y-connector and then hooking to both hot and cold inlet valves ..however it is also possible washer is detecting inlet temps in which case you're out of luck ..i suspect the latter
