Disconnect the machine from the computer and try again to install. If it still fails you can try several other ways.
You may need to move all your saved patterns to a jump drive or external hard drive.
Then use Windows Explorer to find and remove all left over files of the program from your hard drive, then try to reinstall. Good luck!

My janome dc6050 stitches normally then slows down and stops. Why?

I assume you are using the foot control not the Stop/Start button?

Simple straight stitch or a programmed pattern?

Could be foot pedal issue, so try using Stop/Start and a simple straight stitch. Or could be a programming error or other so I suggest you isolate any foot pedal issue by using Stop/Start and simple straight stitch. Reply here with results.

I want to make a knitted throw bigger than the pattern. How do I determine the number of stitches to add?

The pattern should have a stitch gauge that shows how many stitches equal an inch wide and how many rows equal an inch high. If your knitting matches the gauge, then you should be able to figure out how many stitches to add to get the size you want.

I haven't used the embroidery since I up my computer to windows 10. Now I can't transmit a design to the machine. What is wrong

Some software is not compatible with Windows 10. Check with the pattern vendor. You may be able to use the software with an earlier Windows version.

When trying to transmit a embroidery design to machine says there already one waiting how do you cancel the old one

Have you already transmitted a design and it has not finished? You can open several windows at one time, so it's possible that there is a pending transmission. If there isn't, I would close the program and then reopen it. That should have cleared out any previous designs that were transmitted in a session.

Where is the indicator to move from one pattern to another on the New Home mx 3123 ? The red light is on behind pattern 1.... How do you move it? Thanks!

it is the big knob on the right hand side below the bigger wheel that moves the needle bar up and down. You have to turn it clockwise to move the indicator to the right all the way to # 13 for straight stitch. It will make a loud click with every move. Make sure the needle is raised up because it jumps back and forth as you move the dial. When you make a buttonhole using pattern 1, when one finishes you turn the dial to #2 then back to #1 to reset the program. I have one right in front of me if you have more questions. This is an AWESOME machine and should never wear out :o)

How do I cancel a transmitted design. The needle

Turn the machine off and remove the hoop. Reboot the program and turn the machine back on.

Hoop arm won't slide to start position

You can try re-loading the program, it is possible the static spark has corrupted one of the chips if this is the case and the re-loading does not fix the problem then I am afraid you need the services of a sewing machine tech.

Are you talking about a communications program on your computer that talks to your Arista? Your question is unclear so I'm not sure what problem you're describing here. However, if you're saying you have a problem with a program you installed on your computer to communicate with Arista... then Un-install the program from your computer. Use the "Uninstall" option, OR go to "Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs" and uninstall the Arista program from there. Then REBOOT your computer and re-install the Arista program. Removing and reinstalling programs like this almost always makes them work properly again.
