Charging question

Is it possible to charge the battery for a 5340s without the camera dock? I recently got the camera secondhand and don't have any of the accessories except a USB cable I found on ebay. Perfectly good camera except the battery is dead and needs charging. Any ideas?

I have the same camera. I don't think you can charge the battery without the dock, unless you find a separate charger for the Lithium battery it comes with. It's a Lenmar 3.7V/700mAh type battery. I looket it up on radioshack. I lost my charger RCA jack power chord. I am trying to find a new one. If you have any luck, post an answer.
