WHEN TAKING READY FOR SNAP A L IN RED COLOUR IGNITED IN THE MONITOR CONTINUOUSLY

Check power board . Replace any capacitors that have domed tops.

Try a different monitor on your computer.
If RED is visible, your CRT monitor is ready to be responsibly recycled.
If not, then the video-card on your new PC is problematic.
Take the "new" PC back, and exercise your warranty to get it repaired/replaced.

Try your monitor on a different laptop/desktop computer.
If there is no RED, then your monitor is the problem.

Check to see whether monitor terminal has a broken pin. Otherwise change the VGA card.

pin no 1 - Red colour signal (Red colour wire)
pin no 2 - Green colour signal (Green colour wire)
pin no 3 - Blue colour signal (Blue colour wire)
4&5 Not connected

red colour if missing from mother board then you can fix it from graphics properties of your mothrboard driver
but red may also due to monitor,there should be black colour appeaqrs on screen instead of red.
to solve this you have to take your monitor from where you have purchased
if it is in warranty or gurantee then dont take to third party
the fault in monitor may be due to
fault in monitor cable
also check that cable is not loose
try to plug the cable on cpu again
another fault is inside the monitor
also try to on monitor using detaching monitor cable from cpu,message come on monitor ,if in that message red colour appear,then monitor gun is ok
and problem is in monitor due to desoldiring
if you know about soledring than you can fix this problem yourself only if you know otherwise take it to shop from where you sold it

1. red colour on the screen , or redcolour missing. redpatchs on the screen. tell me.
(1). in case red colour on the screen red colour missing.change the vga male connector.

2. red patches on the screen external digosing use.

Check vga cable (check vga port pins continuity with its wire inside monitor on video section that is placed on crt neck)If it is ok then check transistors in this section.

i think you should checkthe signal cable for continuity in particular the green signal wire
