Usually this problem is caused by a firmware issue. I think you will need to update the phone firmware. You can download the necessary firmware for example here firmwares free device upgrade

Have you tried reloading the drivers for the bluetooth? Or potential you turned of the bluetooth. Something this can be turned off by pushing Fn + 'some other key' or check the BIOS to make sure bluetooth is enabled
First, Switch off your bluetooth hands free.
Now, press and hold the multifunction button for approx. 8 seconds till blue light appears.
Now, in your inspire, go to settings, "Wireless and network", Bluetooth.
Turn on bluetooth and click scan device.
It will show your bluetooth headset. Click on its name.
It will ask for pairing code. Enter "0000".
