Latch is broken and needs replace or may just need reset. Probably been slammed one time too many.

Most likely the motor relay or the even heat board is bad.

Bad switch.

You need to check the venting. Take the vent hose off the back of the dryer and try drying a load with it off and see if it will fully dry. If so, clean the vent hose.
