I bought the Myphone tablet last Dec.8, 2012 from Aldana Cellphones and Gen. Merchandise, Iriga Branch.After five months it just shutdown, lost power, continued to vibrate with red light. Though it was recharged for required number of hours, it never switched on.And the speaker turned bad. When the unit was returned to Aldana Store, your outlet in Iriga City, Cam. Sur (Region V -Bicol), it was brought to their authorized Sony Service Center, unfortunately, it's been five months now since I returned the unit to Aldana store but not yet repaired until now. Sony Service Center said it took your Myphone company to send the spare parts like the mother Board - since it needed to be replaced. Two months ago, the service center informed me it was changed but when I received the unit it still malfunctions, the screen darkens and shutsdown in 5 seconds, no internet access...no wi-fi, cant download nd too slow to open. They said it's the software already. This time they say again that the mother board will be replaced. I don't understand their alibis and lies. I don't think they are seriously repairing the unit. Since I am now tired and upset going back to Aldana Store Iriga, I just decided to get back my money since they don't have the capacity to repair that unit. Is Myphone brand really defective? Why can't Myphone company not send the needed spare part right away so that their customers or clients will not wait for 5 months or so before the unit gets repaired?Why can't the service center not repair it at once?Please respond.
