Phone fell into tub and now have no screen info

if you own a home and it fell into the tub at your home , some home insurance policys cover this under incidental damages , ask them ??

If it's at the point where the screen isn't working properly, it's dead. If you have some kind of extended warranty, it may cover it, but there's no real way to bring it back from being water damaged, unfortunately.

Normally, in this typr of scenario, your phone may not be fixed already, most especaially when the phone has been in the water too long, the hardwares as well as the other parts of the screen will be rusty by the time it will dry. It would be best if you brought the phone immediately to the nearest center to see if it can still be fixed.

It says that when your phone fell off to the water, you immeditaely renoved the battery, housing or casing and other parts immediately and place all the parts inside the rice container full of rice of course. The phone should be merged deep inside the rice. The rationale for tis one is that, the rice willsip all the water particles of your phone making the phone dry. Please be reminded that you need to let it stay there for about 24 to 48 hours.
Also, the trick that I have provided is not credible. Hope this will help.
Lastly, if you think you will spend much repairing the phone which is hopeless, I would highly suggest you to buy a new one rather to spend much on repairing.

Hi, what causes the screen to go dark,is because of the water that it fell in. It didn't try properly inside the phone. Water is not friendly with phone, they damage phones so easily.

The water has damaged the tube that makes the light display .

Phone is a little bit complicated, so i would advice you contact a skilled personnel for assistance in replacing the light that was affected by the water.

Really your only option is to get a different phone. Since there is water damage it voids your warranty so you would have to turn to insurance. If you don't have insurance you may be able to do an upgrade or you would have to buy one outright. If you can't do that than you can get a prepaid phone and put you sim in that and it will work.

Most likely you did. I reccommend drying it on a vent if it is still wet. Just like washing your phone, it can ruin one sitting in water briefly. This is hard to fix, you may need a new phone.

your phone is liquid damage so refresh your software by the help of internal data cable

you can take the battery and the back off the device and place in completely submerged in a bag of white rice and leave it in there for 1 to 2 days this will help absorb the moisture, this should fix it if the water did not damage the circut boards if the water damaged the circut boards then the device is fried

Don't put the battery / power on. Take the phone to the mechanic / nokia service center on urgent basis. They will remove the remnents of the water and salt over the circuit.
If the problem is still not solved, either the power supply or the motherbaord will require a replacement.

Hey man its fixable, just need to try reloading the firmware on to it. what does iTunes say when u plug it in?
