Unplug the power cord
Take out the battery
Hold Power button for 30 sec
Tap Power button 30 times
Put battery back in
Plug power cord back in
Press power button to turn on.

If you can't use the camera of your computer it might caused by a missing driver or it has been disabled. There are ways on how to activate the camera, either you update the driver or just press and hold down the FN+ESC button to enable it. Please follow the steps below on how to download and install the driver.

2. Now go to the camera section.
3. Ensure to check the operating system before downloading the driver.
--> please select the Operating system of your computer.
4. After downloading, install the camera driver then restart the computer.
5. After booting up try to press the FN+ESC to activate the camera.

As far as I am aware, the SIM slot is for storing secure data onto. Win7 has a very good encryption programme and requires either and external drive or SIM card to load it to.

There are two ways to view available wireless connections.
1. Thru windows: press Start>Connect to>enter.
2. Lenovo has proprietary software installed called access connections. If this is enabled it should be accessible thru: Start>All Programs>Access Connections. If not enabled it also should be available thru the Control Panel.
Ok, I stand corrected. I never knew this technology existed. I looked at your manual and it indeed shows a sim card slot. The manual also gives instructions on how to insert it and what you have to do to make it work.
