I dont know how to get picture's on my Phillip's SA32XX?

try plugging in the cable to phone and pc, then wait for a while and check My computer and see if there is a removable media icon or mass storage disk icon. If there is click on it and explore the files in it until you find your pictures then drag and drop or copy/paste.

Has the been played without a problem before??

The disk may be damaged. Try to use a "disk docter" if you know somebody with one. If you dont have try to put a little windex on a soft towel and clean the disk inside to out.

Are other game disk working ok with the 360? If no game or dvd disk are working then the dvd drive has failed and will have to be replaced. If you have any questions give me a comment.

Go to the manufacturer's website and download it.

The Device Manager can be found on the installation CD, or by going to www.usasupport.philips.com

There is a reset hole in the bottom of the player just press it in with a pin and make sure it has power.

I figured out the problem!! You have to delete space on your Local Disk (C:) Drive. Very confusing because it says to free space on your hard drive. That's not correct. It's Local Disk (C:) Drive I hope it works for everybody who has to problem.
