1st place to look is the driveshaft. check the u-joints for play. One great place that gets overlooked is the rear drive shaft but the front joint. Its more of a cv joint than just a u joint. there is a springloaded bearing in the center that is either hard to grease or has no grease fitting. it likes to squeak,

Front end sqweeks when iturn sterring wheel

needs to be greased. get a grease gun and crawl underneath and add grease to all grease zerks. your sway bar bushings could be dry too. spray them with some silicone lubricant. there is a bar that runs the width of the vehicle underneath usually between radiator and engine. This is your sway bar. There will be two metal horseshoe shaped brackets with rubber surrounding the bar. The rubber is your sway bar bushings.

Severe vibration and knocking sound!

sounds more like a ujoint or a center support for the drive shaft. also check and make sure that the flywheel bolts have not come loose. also check the harmonic balancer and make sure it is not seperating
