I can't stop for just a short peorid of time unless I turn the pressure washer off at the switch. If I don't sounds as if the pressure wan;t to start back up. It cuts on and off. It sounds as if I am pressing the triger and releasing it.

It is recommended that once pressure washer is in operation and water flow thru wand is there ,that you do not allow off period between burst of no more that 2 minutes or you highly risk damage to your pump, not engine, due to overheating. See if Dump valve is adjustable, cheaper models not adjustable. This valve senses pressure/heat build up in pump when trigger is released, and is a secondery backup to release such heat/pressure to avoid pump failure. If you have repeatly left trigger off for more than 2 minutes in for prolonged periods of time, this is not good.

Xtreme pressure washer keeps cutting out.

If it is a gas powered machine and it cuts out when you release the spray gun trigger, it means that your unloader valve is stuck closed.
It would help to have more information about your machine and your problem. Gas or electric? Does it start up and run fine or cut out a few seconds after starting? Does it cut out when you release the trigger?
Does it cut out while spraying?

I have a Bostitch N80S stick framing nailer that leaks air from the trigger area. I replaced the entire trigger valve with a new single fire trigger to see if the old bump fire trigger was the problem

Remove the nails and take off the trigger to expose the trigger valve (usually part # tva6). Connect air and spray soapy water on the valve to determine if the air is leaking from the center of the valve or around the outer edge between the body and valve. If leaking from the center, could be defective valve or debris under oring. Pop out the valve and examine internal parts for cut oring or defect. If leaking from between body, you could have cut orings installing the valve. Make sure that there are no rough edges in the body of the gun. Bump fire or single fire happens with the trigger type not the valve. Bump fire trigger is usually black metal and single fire trigger is light color plastic. Good luck

Erratic starting circular saw

Sounds to me like you have a bad cord. Clamp the saw to a workbench so that it can start and run safely without you having to hold it. Put tape or a wire tie around the trigger to hold it in. THEN plug it in. Then move the cord around, especially near where it enters the saw. If the saw starts and stops intermittently you have confirmed the bad cord. Good luck.

My husky framing nailer leaks air around trigger

Leak around trigger could be trigger valve internal orings or orings on the outside of the trigger valve making contact against the body of the gun. Spray soapy water to determine where the air is leaking from. If air is leaking around the outside of the valve, most likely the orings were cut upon installation of the valve. If leaking from internal valve, most likely worn or broken oring; easy to fix if you have a source for orings.

To remove the trigger valve for service or inspection (take close-up photo of trigger area for reference ):
disconnect airline, remove nails, remove trigger retainer pin, remove trigger, remove roll pin /s holding trigger valve in place (use 3mm punch to remove retainer roll pins which are located in the body of the gun just above the trigger valve). With retainer pin/s removed and with gloved hand (under trigger valve), apply air pressure to gun to blow out the trigger valve (use lower pressure to push out trigger valve because it could come out with force.). With trigger valve in hand notice that there are two slots or groove cut neer top of the valve where the retainer pins rest, you will need to reinstall valve into body with slots aligned to retainer pins. Remove retainer pins holding trigger together to pull out internal valve. Good luck and post again if your have other question about the trigger valve.

POULAN TRIGGER PROBLEM

Remove the air cleaner which usually exposes the carburetor--operate the throttle (engine off) and watch what moves--likely wood chips blocking the action--less likely, a wire linkage got bent somehow, or there is sawdust in the trigger mechanism. From your description, this saw starts full-throttle at the get-go. Sort of dangerous!
