Wont let us change anything comes up with operater mistake

try to change operater to manual mode, not automatic or try to searh again for network...go to options and you will find carier or operater option

check in sam(062596+info button) or sdm(062596+menu button) menu if you have changed anything by mistake!Consult the service manual about the blinks that the tv shows you!!

Press X/Z button Periodic 1Z Batch Batch 1
make sure you have been resetting it each month or you will have a huge total in there that will be meaningless. If this is the first monthly you have ever done, ignore the first report, then the next report will be correct next month

if will tell you how to trouble shoot this tv. these tv's are known for two caps in the power supply to go bad and they need replaced then you have to test the sdr buffer boards if they are bad you need replacement boards or you can send them off to be repaired.( Repairing the buffer boards is a lot less then replacing them ) the link for the repair guy is on the page. this guy also sells the repair on ebay but if you contact him directly i beleave the price is lower. just tell him you were send over by home theater shack.

Hi.
The most common reason is that you are signed on as a clerk who doesn't have programming authority. Clerks (operators) can be programmed to have security levels. See if you can find any other clerk logon codes for a manager level. Hopefully the other owner left some info for you.
Otherwise, the PGM button may have been moved in programming or locked out, but I'd try another clerk first.
