My Camera won't take pictures, I just recently installed it and after i finished charging it, i turned it on and tried to take some pictures but nothing happened. After a few secs the Lcd wasn't displaying anyhting anymore. When recently turned on, the LCD reads 88 last and the image size icon along with the battery icon blink. The battery shows fully charged. After i turn it on i don't know if I have to wait a few minutes or what? But it won't snap the pictures.

Please try removing the battery and after a few moments replace the battery. This should "reset the camera. It has the same effect as a cold boot on a computer.
Never try o switch on a camera, when an USB cable is connected. Only certain camera's, and only when special software is installed on the commuter, can work with the USB cable.
Most cameras, play "dumb" and only accept 5 volt, to charge the battery, or will transport pictures to the computer when connected and the correct software is installed.
I hope the camera will work again.

I took a picture with my Camera shut it off went to go use it again and it won't turn on. I've charged the battery and it still won't work. Any ideas what's going on. Thanks Jamie

Its not a problem with the battery, the G7 and the G9 have a problem where a loose screw inside the camera shorts it out and causes it to not power. The repair service is about $85 total for a new part, installation and return shipping of the camera!

Hello. My daughter has had her samsung S73 for 3

The eye flashing is normal when the flash is trying to charge up , if the batteries are healthy the camera won`t take a picture until the flash is charged fully.Try turning the flash off and see if the camera fires, get some higher rated rechargeable batteries (2000mah) or above this may resolve your problem.

Installation

You don't need to install the camera.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
