Hello. My daughter has had her samsung S73 for 3 years now and loves it. Problem: the camera will turn on and will focus but then the eye on the left of the screen turns red and flashes and the camera will not take a picture. This happens regardless of what mode you are in. Any ideas??? mom of teen going into withdrawals without her camera

The eye flashing is normal when the flash is trying to charge up , if the batteries are healthy the camera won`t take a picture until the flash is charged fully.Try turning the flash off and see if the camera fires, get some higher rated rechargeable batteries (2000mah) or above this may resolve your problem.

hello, if the camera has a dc in try with a/c adapters, ensure that it is a suitable one , a tap with the back of your hand may get it on, check if the battery is inserted correctly, remove battery and insert, check if the battery and camera contacts are clean, clean it with o number sand paper, hope this helps

Bad hdmi ports on my Samsung LN46B750

Hello,
This repair can be DIY by replacing the main board. All the HDMIs are located in there.
If you can find the part that controls the HDMI signals and replace it, it might be a cheaper solution, The IC location is IC1401.

So, you have purchased 100 batteries and none of them worked! Now you have spent $15 on rechargeable ones and they didn't work either. At $.50 a battery and adding the rechargeable ones, you've spent $65 on batteries and you still "love this camera"? I think your daughter deserves something better. So do you.
