Nice to find u here . Do u have upgrade of XDA II Mini. I m on original version. Havent used this set in a while as i m on Iphone. So i was wondering if u can help?? Hoping to hear soon, Thnx

download Microsoft active sync software from Microsoft website

Try to bring your O2 XDA II mini to it's own service center because the problem is in it's program itself or it's memory containing it's program. The service center has their own orignal software utilities for that.

If you lost your driver.. the best solution is to download the "ActivSync" file from Microsoft. It is the better driver for O2 XDA II mini! Just try to type "ActivSync for O2 XDA II mini in Microsoft" in search address tab and then try to open the list website result it gave you till you reach the right file from microsft. Enjoy downloading.

login to http://xda-developers.com ;and this will solve the problem of your PDA

I think the upgrade, when finished would give the instructions to reboot the handheld. Upgrading mine did. It explained I must hit the (On) button and the reset (hole) at the same time.

I would say that either the upgrade package is not compatable with your device and has not installed anything beyond flashing/deleting the current installed eeprom info (no info on the eeprom at all) or the device has been restarted or uplugged during the flash eeprom stage, the factory/master reset should take you back to config mode at least, when trying the master reset the power should be on, then activate the master reset with a paperclip or pin only will work, press and hold until the red light goes out, remove the pin or paperclip activator and your device should power up as normal with the old eeprom info or ready for new eeprom info to flashed onto it if you are successful here ensure you use the istall package that came with this device Should be WinMobile/II or IIe I think.

flash arom directly from bootloader mode (by pressing camera ****. and keep press. then press with sylus the soft reset ****. ,
then the 3 colors shows with usb in left bottom site of screen of device then run the flash utility normally .
