In a safe manor, when the motor is humming, give one of the pulleys a push to help get the motor started. If the motor runs OK with the help push, the start capacitor is bad. If not the next thing to check is the tank check valve.
Thais probably the motor but it might be something in the blower housing. Their are lots of movies on youtube that will show you how to do it. Now here is my home movie of a dryer like yours:
replace the start capacitor located on the motor housing these are brush-less motors and incorporate a capacitor or start or centrifugal switch and both are easily replaced and quite inexpensive
take the gas cap off and have some one listen when the key is turned on and listen for a humming if it hums its working you might want to replace the crank sensor that's the most common reason for no start
