I have the same problem and it just started happening outta the blue. I thought about trying a new battery just to make sure but didn't want to go out and spend alot of a new battery. I am using a Dash charger but maybe the battery is going bad.

Had the same issue, its most likely the battery. i've read if you're not using the right charger designed specifically for the HTC Dash, then whatever charger you're using can overcharge and eventually kill your battery. I bought an all new battery off ebay for 12 bucks and ordered a new charger for another 10, solved my problem right away.

The battery of my Dell Latitude D600 is not charging fully. It only runs for 10 minutes when fully charged. Moreover, the battery indicator flashes 4 times red and one time green. Is it the battery problem...

That sounds like a bad battery. Be sure not to leave charger plugged into your computer while not plugged into power or the power switched off. That will really kill your weak battery and then you won't have 10 minutes. You can live okay with a battery like yours but if you ever need to replace ram or do a serious BIOS update the bad battery will not alallow it.

2003 chev suburban.battery went dead.replaced battery, now it wont crank and security light blinks

I have ran into this problem many times. Insert the key, and turn it to run. After 10 minutes the security lamp should go out. Turn the key off, and then back to run and let it sit another 10 minutes until the security lamp goes out again. Now repeat this one more time for another 10 minutes until the lamp goes out again. This should be a total of 30 minutes so make sure your battery is fully charged when you start the procedure. After the third time and the lamp going out you should be able to restart the vehicle.
