True Treadmill/Stuck Keys

We recently had a True Z9 treadmill donated to our school by a local firm. We plugged it in today, and got the message "stuck key multi" in the display window on the console. Tried a few things to clear it (plugged/unplugged unit, turned on/off) but cannot clear it. Any suggestions?

SOURCE: T3 Treadmill Stuck Key

The cause of a “STUCK KEY” error message on the Basic or Advanced consoles. A stuck key error is displayed when one or more keys on the console or activity zone remain actuated for more than 45 seconds.
SOLUTION
Recycle the power. If the key remains stuck, the console will display “PLEASE WAIT” until the stuck key error is displayed again. Determine the stuck key. Replace the console if the problem is a key on the console. Replace the activity zone membrane keypad or the activity zone circuit board depending on the product if the problem is not in the console.

How do you reset the nordictrack c2200

Connect the power cord on the NordicTrack treadmill firmly to a working power source if the treadmill does not operate. Use a single-outlet surge suppressor, available at most hardware stores, and plug the treadmill into a grounded outlet. Look at the "Reset/Off" circuit breaker on the treadmill base and wait five minutes before pressing the switch if it has popped .

We are getting a speed stall error on our True Fitness treadmill PS100. Is there anything we can do to fix it?

Yes you may be able to recalabrate the machine. A grade stall is when the machine does bot think the machine is at the right height. A bad lower board can also be the problem. True has those treadmills brought overseas. There not the american made quality of the units they useto make in MO.

It can be fixed. I know all the employees at True
