Hello,

did it come with a cd? You would be needing the gos software cd. You will use this cd to format and reinstall the gos software on your system so that the user name and password on it would be wiped off and you will have the opportunity to create your own user name and password if you wish.

Follow the link below to download gos if you don't have the cd. You can use another system to download the gos and use a card/usb to copy it .

donwload a hirns boot cd just go gloogle it and run it in ms -dos and it will take of the password out thanks

Tap the F8 Key contin. until you reach a menu.
use your arrow keys and select safe mode.

once in safe mode go in to control panel, accounts or users and adjust the settings from there.

This works with windows OS.

        If your looking to unlock a BIOS Password, then yes, a Make & Model Number would be handy. If your looking for the Admin Password that logs you into Windows then you can use this utility to change or remove the admin password easily :

Did you buy it from a store or a private individual? In either case, go back where you bought it and ask them what the user name and password is. Someone has apparently already installed a user name and password or you are mistyping what you enered during set up.
