did it come with a cd? You would be needing the gos software cd. You will use this cd to format and reinstall the gos software on your system so that the user name and password on it would be wiped off and you will have the opportunity to create your own user name and password if you wish.
Follow the link below to download gos if you don't have the cd. You can use another system to download the gos and use a card/usb to copy it .

Did you buy it from a store or a private individual? In either case, go back where you bought it and ask them what the user name and password is. Someone has apparently already installed a user name and password or you are mistyping what you enered during set up.
