cyan developer motor is bad. Power off then on if not check the cyan developer unit replace with different unit with front door open and bypass the front door power sensors. so you don't get a different toner color in the different image unit.
What error code. Toner sensor's are usually at the far end of the Toner Cartridge. It will have what looks like a connection, silver or bronze wire, or a chip look thing, if it is dirty it can cause error codes as it is not making contact with in the machine.
