My computer Dell Optiplex 360 with OS Win XP has a problem with the video, it's working ok except the red color (only) isn't showing and the border of figures is moved to the right frecuently.

Try a different monitor. If that shows the same problem then it's your video card.

Optiplex 360 just format...but after formatting...no sound from internal speaker

Go to http://support.dell.com/, select your model and download and install the appropriate sound drivers.

Hi,
The system , may not give you any sound due to the following points of failure.
1. Bad sound card or sound port
2. Windows speakers settings are on mute
3. Bad speakers .
You need to eliniate these points of failure on buy one.

You can run a simple fix form Dell for the problem, If the same doesnot resolve the issue , then you might have to replace the sound card if its add on, or replace the motherboard

My computer is not have sound driver so please help

its simple and easy . just logon to www.dell.com, look for downloads for your model number (dell optiplex 360). download the sound driver , install it and restart the computer. the sound should come unless sound chip has a problem.

try to install drivers:

if that doesnt work, check your cables, and if youve done the right cables on the right place ;)

The optiplex 360 does come with internal speakers(it's in the spec sheet as optional), we bought them for our entire IT department and they worked fine on XP and vista, but when we put 7 on them, we can't get the internal speaker to work.

You need to install the drivers. Go to the Dell web site to find the right drivers for your sound card. I hope this helps.

You need to reinstall the drivers. You can download them from the Dell website by entering the service tag for your machine. Go here: http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?~ck=ln&c=us&l=en&lnki=0&s=gen
If you're not sure what kind of sound card you have, you can locate the details by looking it up in the device manager, or the system information components list under system tools in accessories.
