I have an Xpose watch original 50 meters waterproof but have not worn it for a while. How do I get it going again? Does it use batteries or self winding?

Here is every Sekonda Manual. Look for a 4 number code on the back. Normally there is a button combination that moves the hands fast or a click at a time like an alarm clock or timer.
If it is indeed a screw type back it will have indentions ON the back (6 to 8). A special tool is required to remove the back without damage to the watch back. Any reputable jewelry store should be able to remove the back. If there are no indentions then it should be a pop back. Some watches do not have a slot to slide a pry tool under the back. You have to use a sharp knife..taking appropriate safety precautions.
Mate I googled the sekonda web site and this is the link--> http://www.sekonda.co.uk/index.php?fuseaction=Static.faq
It's on the frequently asked questions page and if you click on the 10th question down (How do I use and adjust my Sekonda watch) a message drops down saying click HERE to download the sekonda instruction manual..... I hope this helps......CHEERS..
I suspect that there is a setting up procedure that needs to befollowed when the batteries have been replaced. (I had a similarproblem when I did this with my watch - although the hands were moving, they were incorrect!)
I was unable to find any instructions on their web site but if you go to their web site (/www.sekonda.co.uk/) or your own area web site for Seconda, at the top of the page you will see a store locator tab, click on this to find your local store and ask them for some instructions.
