They don't have website. Where do they manufacture their band saws?
Testimonial: "Most likely re-branded to sell in South Africa. As usual, the "importer" disappears, then nobody knows where it came from. Lovely machine though!"

You can download manual on bandsawmanuals.com or try to search on google , make sure to key in the model number of your bandsaw. You can also follow instructions from this article. How Do You Change Band Saw Blade
Here's an exploded diagram of your bandsaw. http://owwm.com/pubs/1141/2461.pdf
This exploded diagram should help with the parts list and how things lock together. Seems no-one readily has a more comprehensive manual available online. You might track one down behind an old workbench that hasn't moved in 50 years but it's unlikely to be digitised!
The manual doesn't seem to be available online at the moment. There's a parts diagram, if that's helpful, or perhaps you can find an alternate site that provides instruction manuals. See this link, in any event.
Otherwise, you might check Woodworker's supply (woodworker.com) for the accessory fence and rail. They carry genuine Delta parts, which should fit your old Rockwell, as well as some aftermarket fences and guides that will usually adapt easily to fit a 14" bandsaw. The 14" Rockwell is one of the industry standards, and many woodworker catalogs carry fences that will bolt on with a minimum of fuss.
I recommend you do a web search on "14" bandsaw fence", and browse the results. You may even find something used to suit your needs.
Good luck, and let us know if this solves your problem or we can provide any further information!
