To clean your filter: It is located behind the silver plate at the back of the machine at the bottom. Four screws hold it on. The filter is inside the big black rubber hose attached between the pump and the main drum. Remove the plastic clip holding it to the pump unit and then the metal cir clip holding it to the main drum. In side is a white molded cone and a big white ball which floats in side. You will find a lot of junk here, clean out. To refit put white cone back inside just as you found it, at the bottom, fit ball back into the cone. Attach to the bottom to the drum and re-fasten the cir clip. Finally reconnect the gator to the pump unit and tighten the plastic clip.

Check out your pump too, there may be something clogging it, prevents pumping water out.

Have a look for coins etc stuck in the drain pump or the tub outlet hoses especially where they fit onto the tub. If a coin or other foreign material blocks the water flow when draining , these machines wont spin properly.

Check for obstructions in the pump and discharge hose. Check the motor coupler. Here is a video that should help.

Hello. Have you checked the speed settings on the control panel? There are alsways some sort of speed settings on any washing machine these days. It starts from 500rpm, 700, 800 and 1000 rpm. My Fisher machine spins up to 1000 rpm. Surely there must be some settings in your machine. If not, how old is the machine? If it is a cople of years old, you can contact the retailer and find out about it. But if it is several years old, then best if you solve this with a local repairer. Otherwise a new one would do you better, and less worries, too

Cloth too wet when washing cycle complete

When a front load washer is not spinning properly (it is very, very hard to overload a properly operating front load washing machine) you have a problem that can not be solved easily. Besides making sure the washer is level and stable (no rocking on its feet), changing the controls on the front or making other adjustments will not fix it.

It will require a service technician to take a close look at it, open up the washer and possibly even listening to the machine as it washes, drains and (attempts to) spin.

I hope this information is helpful. I wish I had better news or more guidance.
