Need the installation instructions to attach handle bars correctly

Ordered from walmart.com. Came mostly assembled but with the booklet only which is not helpful in assembling it. Can get the handlebar into the frame but can't figure out how to tighten it. There seems to be nothing downloadable from pacific cycles website. Any help would be appreciated

Looking for Assembly Instructions on line of available.

Hello, Kevin -

From the image you posted it looks like the brand name of the table is MainStays. That is a brand name exclusive to products sold by Walmart.

See:
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainstays-End-Table-Black-Oak-Finish/17126588

Apparently, Walmart no longer sells that style of table. Scroll down the Walmart web page to see comments by those who purchased the table from Walmart. Some thought the assembly instructions were of little to no help and were confusing.

I suggest you Contact Walmart Customer Service and ask if instructions for assembling your table are available. If you reside in the USA, this is the toll free phone number for Walmart Customer Service:
800-925-6278
Mon-Sun: 8 am-10 pm (Eastern Time)
Source:
https://corporate.walmart.com/contact-us
You can also find a link on that web page so you can send an email message.

If Walmart can supply assembly instructions, there may be a charge for the instructions. If you can obtain the instructions, be sure to save them in printed format by placing the instructions in a "zipper" plastic bag and using duct tape or strong packing tape, attach the bag with instructions to the bottom of the table.

Best wishes.

Try to figure out how to assembly the seat handle bar & the front wheel to the bike

Unless there is something VERY different about your bike just about any assembly manual would work as most bikes are just generic frames with aftermarket parts hung on them.

for example.

Search engines will lead to most manufacturers instructions.

How do you remove the tri handle?

You just pull the handles straight off the faucet. There are no screws or bolts holding the handles. Only a friction guide attached to the faucet stem. You can see this guide in the Grohe Classic Kitchen/Bar Faucet 31.057.000 installation instructions.

The cable that goes between the top bar and the engine doesn't reach - do you have to loosen something to get both ends in?

You did not mention who the manufacture is, but in most cases, the handle bar assembly will need to be loosened and folded down toward the engine. Then the cable is attached, then the handle is folded back to position.

How to install the peg perego car seat adapter on

You have to put the big bar through the wholes in the side attachments first before attaching the spring loaded bar. The big bar should be facing toward the front of the stroller.

Once the bars are all attached, the to clicky slots on the Peg should click into the small cross bar and the spring loaded bar. The big slot on near the back of the Peg should rest on the big bar.

Brake assembly

I did no find assembly instructions specific to this model.  From what I see in pictures and descriptions it looks like a standard caliper brake on the front wheel.  The knob/plug on the cable should fit into a groove and hole on the brake lever if the cable is slack enough to make the connection.  You may have to loosen the cable tension nuts at the caliper and at the brake handle (labeled 1 & 2 in the instructions) to get enough slack.
Generic instructions are at: http://www.huffy.com/resources/pdfs/multispeed_manual.pdf
See pages 21-23 for instructions about adjusting the brakes.  You will have to do this after making the connection and it shows the various cable tension nuts that you can use to get enough slack in the cable to connect it.  If you loosen the cable tension nuts (1&2) enough you should be able to remove the cable from the slot through the housing, expose the attachment slot in the brake handle by pressing it against the handlebar, insert the knob/plug into the hole and then work the cable back into the slot in the housing.  Tighten up the tension nuts and make the final adjustments as described in the instructions.
