Either lose bulb but most likely a charging problem. Get DMM Nd test voltage at battery while the bike is running. Anymore than 14.3 volts you probably have a faulty voltage regulator.
Check the amps that are being drawn by the headlights. Compare that with what the bulb should be drawing using: amps= watts / volts I am going to guess its higher but not to the point of blowing the fuse for your lights. I would then start checking grounds. Or, you used halogen bulbs and you touched the glass. I doubt they would both fail at the same time from that.
i had a polaris scrambler three wheeler and it would blows bulbs also, it had a junk battery in it, never thought anything of it, read up on it and if the battery has a short in it, it will blows the bulbs, replaced the battery and didnt have any more problems blowing bulbs
They have a fairly basic electrical system, sometimes a bad battery can cause headlight bulb to blow.
loose connections can blow bulbs.
a blown bulb wont flatten the battery.
If the battery is good put a multi meter across + and- should read 12v or more, start the bike and shouldnt read more than13-14v, but has to be higher than the initial reading. 15v -20v replace the regulator
