Manual http An installation manual was not included in the Box with my Air conditioner

we have a split type gree aircon, with one (1) horsepower. it was just newly installed, around 6 months ago. we are just surprised that one when my wife turned it on, thru the use of its remote control, the indicator box on the aircon reads or flashes "F2". I detached the batteries of the remote control for severa hours and I also detached the power cord from the wall socket, but it was to no avail. it did not work. with "F2" on the indicator box, the aircon won't give cool air, it is just working like an ordinary fan. please help us.

The unit arrived ahead of schedule. My solution was to open the box. Yes, the Kenmore 75085 does include an installation sleeve.
