PUK code, (personal unlocking key).

This is SIM card related / specific. If you take the SIM card out of the phone, the phone will work with another sim card.
The puk comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk code for that sim card.

The puk code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a prepaid card the Puk code comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk code, get a new SIM card.

Also entering the puk code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.

There are no puk code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy premium assistance and you will get this same response. There is no other solution.

You have to contact the phone service provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.

PUK codes can be obtained through the following ways - The PUK code is in your SIM card documentation Starter Pack.If you do not have this then -Please contact your phone service provider.
Your cell phone service provider can give you the PUK code once you give themyour account details and they have confirmed your identity.

Sir i wanna know my phone's puk code
Hi!

The PUK code belongs to the SIM card and NOT to the phone.
Ususaly this PUK code is delivered to you toghether with the SIM card, It could be printed on the plastic card from where you once detached the little SIM card, or on some paper coming toghether with the SIM.
If not, you can allways ask for the PUK code from your mobile network operator.

Well i was looking through my phone and went to settings and pin code request and entered 1210 and it was wrong so now its asking for the puk code and i dont know it and dont wanna contact anyone or buy...
firstly try remember your pin code. and if you wrote it on someplace

if you sure it is the true pin just type it again and puch the true numbers(maybe also someone

knowyour pin code change it for fun or for other reason)

if your pin code blocked call or go to closeset sim card provider to give you it immediately(you ll find

puk code also on your sim card suportter that you remove it from it at first time)

I went to the pin code unlock thing and it was off so i turned it on cuz i wanted to have a pin code so i put a pin code and confirmed it and got it right and then now it's telling me that it's blocked so...
Hi the PUK code is the security code for the sim card and not any code to do with the phone, all you need to do to get the PUK code is call your service provider.
your service provider wont charge for giving you the code as the code belongs to you, all you need to tell them is your phone number or if you dont know that then the number printed on the sim card, they will then provide you with the 10digit PUK code for free over the phone.
this will then allow you to access the sim card.

The only place you can get the PUK code from is your service provider as their is no where else that keeps these codes, if you still have the card the sim card was attatched to then it will be written on their but if you no longer have this then the only way your going to get the code is by calling your service provider, they wont charge you for this as the code belongs to you,

you do have another option open to you though, if you dont need that sim card then you can go out and get another sim card and when you get given a new sim card you will get given the unique PUK code it will be written on the card the sim card is attatched to.

I wanna get a puk 02 of my samsung
A request for a PUK code ("Personal Unlocking Key") will appear on your phone if your SIM card PIN code is entered 3 consecutive times incorrectly.

Your SIM card will then become "PUKed" or Blocked. This is a security measure to protect your service.

You need to call the Customer Service department of your cell phone provider and they will give you the PUK code which will unblock your SIM card.

M GETTING AN OPTION CALLED 'ENTER PUK CODE' I WANNA NO MY CODE.
Few people use PIN locking system to lock their phone to avoid un-authorised access. Though this is a good option, it pisses you off sometime. Three wrong entry of PIN code will result in SIM blocking. Once SIM gets blocked, phone starts asking PUK code to enter. If you again enter wrong code for three times, SIM gets completely blocked. You have to walk into your service provider outlet to get a replacement SIM card.
PUK code is a SIM specific code assigned by your service provider. No way you can guess & enter it. So, when it asks for the PUK code, don’t do anything, get the PUK code from your service provider. Airtel has a easier way of getting PUK code. For getting PUK code of a Airtel number, send PUK<space>PhoneNumber to toll free number 121. You can make use of any other Airtel number to send this message since your SIM might have been blocked already.
If the above method doesn’t works or your service provider is not Airtel, call to customer care using any other mobile phone which uses the same service provider. They will ask some details about you to make sure you are the owner of the SIM card. Questions might include your billing address, email ID, numbers you recently called or messaged etc. They might even ask you number printed on the SIM card, so be prepared with all details before calling them. Once you get the PUK code, enter it into the phone & your phone will return to normal.

Dude, call up Customer Care....n get it!
Btw, if u enter ur PUK wrong 3 times...ur sim will be permanently blocked!!

[ If ur a Vodafone customer, then u call up cust. care at 111....or, 9886098860...for any other fone!(toll free) ]

Then, follow instructions and enter ur phone no.....They'll tell u ur PUK....
The fone then asks u to enter ur new PIN no. ......n confirm it!
If u wanna keep ur PIN code then it'll ask u for the new PIN dat u entered each time u switch on ur cell!!
if u don wanna keep it, then go to Menu>Settings>Security>Sim Pin....(unmark it...it'll ask u for ur PIN again)....
