Re: I don't know my PUK number or SIM code
PUK code, (personal unlocking key).
This is SIM card related / specific. If you take the SIM card out of the phone, the phone will work with
another sim card.
comes up when the pin code has been entered wrong 3 times. To get the puk
code for your sim card, you have to call the service provider of that
sim card. They are the only ones who can provide you with the right puk
code for that sim card.
code may also have came with the documentation of the sim card, if its a
prepaid card the Puk code
comes on the documents or on the box of the product.
if your unable to obtain the puk
code, get a new SIM card. Also entering the puk
code wrong too many times will eventually ruin the sim card forcing you
to buy or contact your service provider for a new sim card.
There are no puk
code calculators or anything that we can do about it, you can buy
premium assistance and you will get this same response. There is
no other solution.
You have to contact the phone service
provider of that sim card or replace the sim card.

My dear: Very Best Solution:You Go To Service & Sim Office and Get The Puk code And Pin code From Office oprator Enter The Puk code and Yes Enter The pin code and Yes So Puk code Open and Problem will Quickly Solved But: Don't try to enter a PUK code without knowing the right one. You need to call your service provider to get this code. It can be as many as 8 digits, and it is random. If you enter too many wrong codes, you can permanently damage the device. So Please You Go to Service office and Get the Duplicate Sim From Office Oprater Same Your No Problem will Solved
When you purchase a sim card usually gives you 2 codes, first one is PIN CODE and the other one is the PUK CODE. Puk code is the super-long combination of numbers written on your sim package, it should be near the phone number or the pin code.
If you don't have the sim package to recover your Puk, then you should contact the customer service of your mobile network.
I hope this will help you!
Have a nice day!
Its not the phone, but the sim that requires a PUK code. If you check your original sim starter pack, you would see your PUK code printed on it. I want you to know that its quite different fron the four digit pin code. Enter this puk code to unlock your sim. But if you cant find your starter pack, then I want to believe you know the number of you customer care, you could ask one or two people if you dont. Then, when you know the number, use some one else's line, but of your same network, perhaps a friend's, and call the customer care agents. Tell them your sim is requesting a PUK code which you dont have access to. Give them your phone number, and they should sort out the rest for you. I hope this helps you. Have a nice day.
Hi, the PUK code of the Sim card will be provided by the Network Carrier of the Cellphone. Please contact the Customer Care of the Network Carrier to get the OUK Code. If you don't know the number of your cellphone you can tell the number present in the SIM card to get the PUK Code. Whatever the condition, I suggest that you contact the Customer Care to get the PUK Code.
The PUK code is provided by the service provider. Don't try to enter the wrong PUK. It will block the SIM card. So you have to do one thing. Switch off your mobile and remove the SIM card from your mobile. You can see 19 digit number in your SIM card. Please note it down. After that plz refix your SIM card and switch it on. Then you plz call your service provider from other mobile (it should be same network) and ask for PUK. They will provide PUK code when you give that 19 digit number. You can enter that PUK to your phone.
The PUK (Personal Unlocking Key) code is a code assigned to your carrier's sim card. Its usually written on the form you received when you purchased the sim card, or on the shell the sim card was attached to. If you don't have it, just go to your carrier ( eg.AT&T, T Mobile) and provide your sim card number. Once its under your name, they will provide you with the PUK code. (Remember most sim cards have a default number of incorrect times you can enter an incorrect code before it destroys the sim, so if you don't know it, dont enter anthing until you receive it from your carrier)
1) Take out the sim card and note down the 16 digit number written on it.
2) Call the customer care of your service provider and ask for PUK code
3) You will be asked for the number written on the SIM
4) After matching the SIM number from their database they will provide you with a new PUK code
PIN CODE is SIM dependenet and not phone dependent
PUK code in PIN UNLOCKING CODE, which is required when you give PIN number wrongly for 3 times, This code is OPERATOR specific and not phone specific and you have to call you operator and get PUK if PIN is blocked...
if you provide PUK code wrongly for 7 time, you sim may become useless, then you have to buy new SIM
NOTE: You should ask your service provider, get the PUK, give the PIN 3 times wrongly and it asks for PUk,provide the PUK and set the new PIN..
