I have a very basic elite insta pot with only 6 buttons to select food to cook and delay timer, keep warm and time. P00 in on timer now. Don't know what that means

P00 on the timer means that the timer is paused. You can press the timer button to set the time you want for your food to cook and then press the Start/Stop button to start the cooking.

Bugs in pantry

You need to get rid of everything that is infested with bugs, ie cake mix, flour products, cereal, bread, sugar, etc. Get rid of any opened packages as well as any that are not sealed. Clean out the entire cabinet, wipe down the inside of the cabinet thoroughly (I use a mixture of chlorox and water).

Make sure any food that is stored in the pantry is in sealed packages that the insects have not perforated or in glass jars or plastic containers with tight-fitting lids.

Having bugs does not mean you are unclean. The bugs come in with contaminated food you have brought home. I've even had bugs chew through plastic wrappers like cake mix. If you buy flour in paper bags, make sure to put it into a safe container. Anytime you open a package and do not use the entire contents, put the remainder in a sealed container.

What are some of the presentation and plating technique that can make Asian food more appealing and appetizing?

as a good Sheaf would say; be inventive as you know garnish is a good start and how you lay it out on the plate or platter can be artistic as well and then the sours is most important. the best advice I can give is if you love what you present then you should be happy.
