Some phones use the last four digits of your phone number as the default lock code. If it does'nt work try looking in the phones manual for a default lock code.

there is a button on the side of the phone with a picture of a speaker on it, it is right under the camera button. if you hold the button with the speaker down for a few seconds the speaker phone will turn on, make sure the phone is open when you do this and you follow the same steps to turn the speaker back off
Is the phone set to visible, the settings within the Bluetooth are obviously turned on, but are they also set to visible, if the phone is not visible to other users, whether the Bluetooth is turned on or not the other phone will not detect it.
wel 1 of 2 things could have happened.either the person who activated it didnt do it or it is taking longer to work.spmetimes it does take longer,if i were you i would call the place where you got it activated i had this problem myself once.
