so you have to wait till it get launched.

Download or borrow from site or network. The loaded themes can be selected and put into as yourr default wall paper, screensaver or otherwise.
open the phone setttings, display properrties and do the necesary changes after selecting from option of downloaded themes.

sorry to disappoint you at the moment, samsung phones doesn't support themes right now. so all you can do is change the wall papers, customized your current preinstalled themes. if you want, try to surf on this link. http://www.samsung.com ; http://www.samsungmobile.com, from other available sites, getjar.com, sharemobile.com, mobile9.com, etc.. and check whether you can download one for your phone.

to customize your theme,you can do this in your settings...
press menu, select settings, select display and light, select my theme, or wall paper, or from the list of options given to you by your phone.

Right click on desktop and click on Personalize. From the page that pops up, click on Theme and choose "wallpaper"

just download what you want and install it.
right click on any blank area on the desktop, select personalize, select Theme, or screen saver.
click on the drop down and select the theme or screen saver you want and click on apply and OK.

If you have XP and wont Vista transformation pack download the following:

Step 1: Download Windows Vista UxTheme patch.
How to install
1. Login as a user with Administrative privileges -or- have Administrative credentials ready (check under the keyboard for a slip of paper).
2. Navigate to %systemroot%\System32
3. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
4. Take ownership of the file and close dialogs.
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll
6. Right-click uxtheme.dll and click properties.
7. Give yourself (or group) Full Control permissions and close dialogs.
8. Repeat steps 6 and 7 for themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll.
9. Rename uxtheme.dll to uxtheme.old.
10. Rename themeui.dll to themeui.old.
11. Rename shsvcs.dll to shsvcs.old.
12. Copy patched files into %systemroot%\System32
13. Reboot

Step 1b: If you find the above too intimidating, download VistaGlazz and just run it, it automates the whole patching process so you don’t have to worry about it!

Step 2: Download a Windows Vista Visual Style from a free Windows Vista Themes gallery, and copy the theme to Windows/Resources/Themes folder.
Step 3: Right click on desktop and click on Personalize. From the page that pops up, click on Theme and choose your newly installed theme!
